Sheila's Lunch, yup that's spinach on the left. We "trusted" the clinic so we just went ahead had some raw spinach, which is against the Gerson protocol due to its oxalic acid which inhibits the absorption of some necessary nutrients.
Afternoon yoga session. It's literally right next to a big gas station where they burn tires. The door to the right leads you to the back of the gas station/mechanic shop
Some of the best people we met. That's the nurse Magdalena on the right who photobombed this photo...ridiculous!!
Mango & Banana Cake
Watermelon - we didn't eat it but it was very creative.
Learning how to prepare the Castor Oil Pack
Quinoa (which is a seed) - Very questionable dish but I had some.
Potato Dish - The Best but I make better!
On our Last Day, they prepared this breakfast for us.
Freshly Squeezed Orange Juices
Sheila's Green Juice and Supplement Box
Lunch Table
Typical Lunch. The food is always delicious!
Freshly Squeezed Carrot Juices
Typical Breakfast at the Gerson Institute. For the life of me, I will never understand why they serve so much sugar to cancer patients...
